3Di urgently requires two (2) Programmer Analysts with ServiceNow experience The following is the Job Description 1) Design and develop web applications to help manage a variety of programs 2) Integrate out-of-the-box applications with our in-house software systems 3) Maintain and provide production support for Housing systems 4) Perform in-depth business and data analysis 5) Design and develop cannedad-hoc reports 6) Write user guides and technical design documents 7) Gather users’ requirements and provide application mock-ups 8) Design and develop high quality database solutions 9) Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements Required Skills Programmer Analyst with ServiceNow development experience (2 positions) Design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features Understanding of Service Management processes Knowledge of Scoped Applications Development in ServiceNow ServiceNow Certifications is a plus Familiar with REST APIs ndash both developing and consuming them Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production Experience with GitHub or GitLab is a plus
