We are in search of a progressive and strategic Director, Inside Sales to lead and develop our proactive inside sales organization. About the position:
- Senior leader within the sales organization
- Leading, designing and developing an inside sales organization
- Strategic planning, sales revenue, & pipeline management
- Channel Management and Customer relationship management
- Design, develop and deploy inside sales functions
- New Business Development in markets, industry developments, products and how to expand our competitive landscape
- Sales and profitability analytics and Forecasting
- Continually search for opportunities to improve responsiveness to our customers and markets
- Coach and develop supervisors, managers and individual contributors
What will you be responsible for:
- Formulate strategic playbook for inside sales team, including skills, activity, and knowledge needed to profitably grow sales while providing the best customer experience
- Coaches, develops and provides constructive feedback to direct reports to foster an environment conducive to superior performance, meeting organizational sales goals
- Leads the sales team in the development and refinement of the sales strategy, KPI’s, departmental and individual performance goals and objectives
- Partners with SVP Sales to develop sales forecast sales targets and sales forecasts
- Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure marketing, category management, analytics, customer experience and operational partnership are maintained and enhanced, while executing critical go-to-market strategies
- Proactively maintains awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards and provides updates, when needed, to other managers involved in the planning process
- Oversees inside sales team with opportunity to lead outside team through expansion
- Oversees sales plan to track and analyze sales forecast against actual results
- Develops metric based reporting methodology to track sales and profitably of each product group, and team member, and provides documented feedback and analysis to measure results

A few things we require:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
- Progressive career as a Sales leader with responsibility for more than $100M in revenue growth
- 10+ years in Sales Leadership role or related field
- 4+ years of leading a multi-level sales organization
- Experienced change champion leading large-scale initiatives
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- SAP Experience or similar ERP preferred
