Hybrid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

This opportunity allows you to provide high-quality, personalized care with a focus on prevention and early intervention without the pressure of high patient volume.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensed in California.
- Someone who enjoys taking time with patients, preventing disease, finding the root cause of disorders, and values a team-based approach to care.
- Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
- Experience or interest in Functional Medicine preferred.
This is a full-time position, ideal for a provider seeking meaningful work, sustainable pace, and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships.

Requirements:
- Experienced clinician or new graduate. We will provide additional training as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program/Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current Licensure by the California Physician Assistant Board or Current Licensure by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Nurse Practitioners.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification or American Red Cross Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification
- ACLS preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Motivated to improve patient care and the work place by participating in clinic meetings, and community projects when appropriate.
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional standards and follow the treatment policies of the clinic while adhering to all state and federal regulations.
- Follow all clinic policies and procedures.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for your decisions and actions.
- Ensure all patient charting is done to expected standards.
- Order ancillary services, interpret and evaluate the results.
- Consult and collaborate with specialists and clinic staff as needed.
- Participate in the clinic quality assurance.
- Ability to share an alternate weekend shift with 3 providers from 9:00AM-3:00PM.
Pay scale: $80.00 – $90.00 per hour
