What You’ll Do:
- Manage theend-to-end onboarding processfor new hires, ensuring compliance withhealthcare regulationsand agency policies
- Facilitatecredentialing, background checks, and licensing verificationforBCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
- Coordinate orientation sessions and develop engaging onboarding materials
- Act as a liaison between HR, hiring managers, and new hires to provide a positive candidate experience
- Maintain and updateelectronic health records (EHR) and HRIS systems
- Monitorstate and federal compliancerequirements related to healthcare staffing
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experiencein healthcare onboarding, HR, or talent acquisition (ABA or behavioral health experience a plus!)
- Minimum High School Diploma required
- Strong understanding ofcredentialing, compliance, and licensingin a healthcare setting
- Proficiency inHR software, ATS, and EHR systems(e.g., Paycom, Workday, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills toenhance employee experience
- Ability to work in afast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
