Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to assess their financial goals and insurance needs, providing tailored recommendations for life insurance policies. • Generate new leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base and drive sales growth. • Find, train, and manage life insurance agents and develop them into top performers to gain new clients and drive sales. • Stay informed about the latest insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends to offer clients the most suitable coverage options. • Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accurate documentation and assisting with claims when needed. • Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing regular policy reviews, updates, and personalized service to meet their evolving insurance needs. Qualifications: • Be willing to obtain the required state-mandated life insurance license(s). • Great interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills. • Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to maintain a healthy book of business. • Undergo training to meet expectations and properly represent our company. • Proficient skills with Zoom, Microsoft PowerPoint (or Google Slides), and the Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Drive). Compensation: $85,000 – $250,000

Compensation:
$85,000-$250,000 per year
