Location: Los Angeles or Orange County

Salary: $160,000 – $220,000

A well-established, client-focused law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team in Los Angeles or Orange County. We specialize in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, product liability, toxic tort, and personal injury defense. This is a great opportunity for a driven attorney to grow their career in a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to complex litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appeals
  • Handle complex civil litigation cases, including product liability, toxic tort, and commercial disputes
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and manage discovery
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients
  • Attend depositions, mediations, and assist in trial preparations

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in California
  • 5-10+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in toxic tort, product liability, or personal injury defense
  • Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills
  • Experience in both state and federal courts is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple case deadlines
