Full time Senior Program Manager (Hawthorne)

About the Role

Pay Range: Between $24-$29/hour (dependent on experience, education and the interview process)

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support field leadership as they manage multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs. ; Through your support of an Area Manager, you will directly impact the operations, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability of that leader’s programs.

Job Responsibilities

Provide coaching, guidance, and in the moment feedback to Right At School program team members.

  • Support the Area Manager’s established plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of children during the Right At School program.
  • Coordinate educational electives programs for assigned area as applicable.
  • Meets and reports regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site and staff performance.
  • Administer light first aid when necessary.
  • Job Requirements

    • Assertive and confident, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to:
      • Prioritize critical tasks ahead of routine ones, as well as prioritize schedule demands with an appreciation and recognition of key, critical issues.
      • Travel up to 100% of the workday throughout assigned programs, spending up to 100% of the workday performing program duties in ratio.
      • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 25% or less of the workday.
      • Talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for 100% of the workday.
    • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
    • First Aid and CPR certification required.
