– Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
– Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity.

Experience
– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
– Proficient in office management practices, adobe and DocuSign.
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
– Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
