Assistant Sales Manager

Our client in the retail industry is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join their team. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will be part of the sales management team supporting the retail specialist team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for home appliances, and a keen eye for detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Retail Assistant Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $26.00-$27.00hr

What’s the Job?

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales events.
  • Use effective sales techniques to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the store’s product offerings.

What’s Needed?

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a must.
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred. English plus second language (Spanish, Russian, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Capability to handle cash transactions securely
