We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales and Education Director for the Western US region to lead our sales and education initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader and strategic thinker, with a passion for data and analysis, proactive approach to sales and team development, and a solid understanding of the industry. Responsibilities: Develop and implement robust field sales, event, and education strategies aligned with retail sales goals for best-in-class execution. Expand presence in retail stores, optimizing support structures and call cycles for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Implement targeted strategies for specific retail locations and execute successful events to drive regional sales performance and enhance brand presence. Lead the team to flawlessly execute all events and visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines. Engage and develop the field team to drive retail sales growth, including launching recruiting strategies, motivating and retaining team members for business growth. Build and nurture relationships with key store-level, regional, and national retail contacts to strengthen brand focus and prioritization. Manage the Field Sales and Education Budget and P&L, allocating resources as necessary to maximize impact and efficiency. Collaborate with the Field Sales, Education, and Special Events Executive Director to develop educational materials, special event concepts, and field selling strategies for brand ambassadors, retailers, and consumers. Qualifications: Over 5 years of field retail sales experience, including at least 2 years of field team leadership and management. Experience with Ulta, Sephora, and major department store retailers is required. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of inspiring, managing, and motivating field sales teams to top performance. Proficient in utilizing analytical skills and leveraging data-driven insights for business decisions. Excellent organizational and communication skills with a knack for prioritizing objectives effectively. Strong capabilities in project management, cross-functional communication, and influencing skills. Growth mindset, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit. Willingness to travel as necessary to support the region’s business.
