Attorney will work on matters relating to dissolution of marriage, parentage, custody, post-judgment modifications, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence restraining orders. Ideal candidate will hit the ground running with drafting complex family law motions and should have a proven, successful track record with court appearances. Firm has a very reasonable billable requirement and is open on years of experience but ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of solid, stable family law experience. Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Salary range is $180-280k, depending on experience and qualifications.
