Job: Corporate Associate (mid-senior) | Life Sciences / Healthcare
Company Summary: We’ve partnered with an established AM100 Firm to bring on a seasoned transactions attorney focused in the healthcare / life sciences industry.
As an associate, you will play a crucial role in strengthening relationships with our client’s key customers through providing top tier legal guidance and direct transactional advice. Specifically, you are well educated on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and licensing. Candidates best suited for this position possess strong negotiation skills and are looking for exposure to public and private clients.

The Transactions Associate should have the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of transactional and/or commercial experience in healthcare or life science
- Must have a JD degree & able to practice in California
- Prior employment in a sophisticated law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of transactional, M&A, commercial agreements and joint ventures is a plus
