Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in trust & estates
- Experience working with individuals, businesses, trusts and charitable institutions
- Drafting personal estate plans and business succession plans
- Familiarity with federal and state, estate, gift and income taxes as well as probate and trust administration law
- LL.M. in taxation is a bonus
