Responsibilities:
- Prepare various pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
- Maintain excellent client communication, providing regular updates on cases.
- Conduct case analysis and legal research.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Labor and Employment experience.
- Licensed to practice in the State of California.
- JD from an accredited law school.
