Job Description:
Position: Business Strategy Consultant with Deep Automotive Engineering Experience
As a Consultant, you will work as part of a team to assist an automotive OEM in building a new job architecture to better address the balance between ICE and EV development.
Our projects can be broad in nature (e.g. business strategy, compensation strategy) or more narrow (e.g. base pay program design, incentive design, pay-level
benchmarking, goal-setting methodology development, performance and career management program design).
The priority is ICE and EV engineering expertise. An experienced engineer with strong understanding of ICE and EV and jobs within those domain areas is critical.
Helpful to have knowledge of compensation-related programs or an experienced compensation practitioner with a deep understanding of automotive engineering levels and recent industry changes regarding electrification.
-Exceptional client relationship management skills.
-Strong analytical skills; the ability to synthesize data and develop insights/
-Ability to work independently as well as working collaboratively to assist others
-Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced evolving business environment and operate
fairly independently.
-Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
-Bachelors Degree
-8+ years of experience in the automotive engineering field
