KENWORTH OF JACKSONVILLE IS HIRING A SERVICE SHOP FOREMAN

The leader of our diesel technician team can make up to $110k annually!

• This is a leadership position making up to $110k annually, with salary and commissions
• First shift schedule
• Full OEM dealer benefits package with HMO healthcare and dental program
• 401k with company match, 50% up to 8% of total earnings
• PTO starts on day 1 with up to 88 hours in the first year and 152 hours in the second year

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 – 8 years working in a franchised dealership or foreman experience
• Must be detailed-oriented, organized, determined, ambitious, and a “team player”
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Primary Duties:

• Operational management of the Shop Repair Team
• Foreman activities for the Shop Repair Team
• Develop and grow relationships with customers
• Communicate with customers options for repair and sell solutions
• Facility condition and other duties as assigned
