Fight for Whats Right YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!: The custodial staff will keep the units, common areas and offices of HHF The Madison in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning debris from sidewalk.
The custodial staff is responsible for cleaning, and maintaining the health and safety standards of HHF The Madison within all federal, state, internal and local standards and regulations. The custodian will assist the facility in maintaining compliance with the regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
