We strive to build long-term customer loyalty.JOB SUMMARY:As the Sales Analyst, primary responsibilities include the development and maintenance of analytic reporting, dashboards, data models, SalesForce.com administration, and to assist with the analysis of sales and market data to support the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, data management, business intelligence tool development (PowerBI/Tableau), visual design best practices, expert Excel, and experience supporting finance, sales, and/or supply chain organizations.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards in (PowerBI /Tableau)Assist with SalesForce.com maintenance and platform administrationCompile, analyze, and report all segments of available data, trends (historical/future), & KPIsContribute to the development of sales plans, analysis, and reportingMonitor and analyze store sales, distributor sales, and inventory dataProvide actionable insights to guide the sales, marketing, and distribution teamsMonitor and evaluate sales team performance and make analysis recommendationsCollaborate with IT to support data management monitoring best practicesAssist with BI dashboard user training and documentation to ensure uniformity throughout the organizationProvide support to leadership with ad hoc reporting needs as directedPerform all other duties as assigned or inherent to the positionREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:Strong research, data analysis, and modeling skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and with cross-functional teamsAbility to manage tasks and work under deadlines while producing a high-quality resultAdvanced user Skills of Microsoft Office and/or Googles G suiteProficiency of the English language, verbal and written formatEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or 4 years of relevant experienceIntermediate/Advanced experience developing BI tools and data models (PowerBI/Tableau)Programming experience: Object Oriented Programming and DAX. SQL & VBA a plusAnalytical Skills: Expert Excel, Cognos, Power BI, Data Model Framework, and Retail Math AnalyticsExperience with SalesForce AdministrationMicrosoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)Experience working in sales analytics or supply chain operations at a CPG company.
