This is a career-defining opportunity, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategy for the future while making significant contributions to the growth and prosperity of a world-renowned, global brand!Day-to-Day as Business Process AnalystEvaluate and analyze business processes by gathering data examples across departments and consulting process owners and key stakeholders.Update, digitize, and automate legacy manual systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and common understanding between business units and IT management.Create comprehensive document process requirements and improvement paths based on analysis and simulations, applying company resources optimally while working to mitigate risk.Work across all levels of the organization to define KPIs and implement change, communicating with department heads and key stakeholders through project lifeline to provide input and support.Support the project team when testing new processes where applicable.What You Bring as Business Process AnalystPractical, real-world experience in business process improvement & optimization, preferably for a global organization.Strong understanding of and ability to comprehensively document process flows.Inquisitive and analytical nature; instinctive ability to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.People skills and strong emotional intelligence.
