Sous Chef

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Afuri Ramen + Dumpling known for its exceptional flavors and dedication to quality. Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes with precision, adhering to established recipes and techniques.
Monitor the quality of ingredients to ensure freshness and taste.

Kitchen Leadership: Lead the kitchen team during service, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of presentation and taste for all dishes leaving the kitchen.

Qualifications:
