Our jobs focus on providing interim housing, nourishing meals, and safe locations to empower our clients to find their “Journey to Home.”

*Responsibilities*
* Provide service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
* Proactively de-escalate client issues, teaching clients how to calmly resolve differences and achieve goals
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site
* Other duties as assigned
*Qualifications or Requirements*
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
* *State ID*
* *Valid security guard card*
* *Employment Physical & TB Test*
* *Safe Serv Certification*
* *CPR*
