JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Duties:
Fox Cable Network Services, LLC seeks a Computer and Information Systems Manager (Director, Application Development and Integrations), responsible for leading teams in the design, development, implementation and support of FNG business applications and integrations. Define and maintain product roadmaps. Collaborate with other teams to determine best solutions for the company. Responsible for creation of staffing/resource plans to meet project goals. Manage costs to stay within budget. Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders. Ensure project teams follow project methodology and are creating required deliverables. Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies. Lead an implementation effort from both a functional and technical perspective. Organize the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and cross functional team of business analysts, developers, and QA analysts to deliver a product to business stakeholders. Present and defend insights and implications to internal and external audiences. Oversee lower-level subordinates consisting of developers, business analysts, QA engineers and architects. Telecommuting is permitted up to 50%/week within normal commuting distance of Fox office in Los Angeles, CA.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate IT management or related project/program management experience, including experience in application development on Salesforce and other SaaS products; analyzing and solving complex business problems; product development and system-level integration activities; collaborating with teams to determine best solutions for the company; and developing and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders.
Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus three (3) years of IT management or related project/program management experience, including experience in application development on Salesforce and other SaaS products; analyzing and solving complex business problems; product development and system-level integration activities; collaborating with teams to determine best solutions for the company; and developing and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders.
*Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Defining and maintaining product roadmaps; 2) Identifying project risks and defining mitigation strategies; 3) Working with tools such as MuleSoft, AWS, Atlassian Product Suite, Monday and WordPress; 4) Working with iPaaS and cloud solutions; 5) Software Development Life Cycle; and 6) Media, brand strategy and consumer research

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $205,733.00-226,306.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
