LA Cha Cha Cha in Downtown Arts District is looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our team! Must have open availability.
General duties:
- Provide strong leadership to FOH departments
- Train and develop FOH team
- Provide hospitality to all guests
- Problem solve efficiently while adhering to company policies and county regulations
- Open and close service
- Support with FOH administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a managerial or leadership position in the restaurant industry
- Valid Manager ServSafe certificate
- Valid RBS/ABC certificate
- Leadership experience
- Strong understanding of hospitality
- Experience working with POS and reservation systems (Toast and Resy preferred)
