Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate patient progress, identifying any changes in condition or response to treatment, and adjust care plans accordingly.

Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, nursing care plans, and progress notes.

Adhere to all relevant nursing standards, policies, and procedures to ensure quality patient care and safety.

Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical interventions as required.

Participate in interdisciplinary healthcare team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care strategies.

Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing support staff, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care.

Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and participate in continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state regulatory authority.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Demonstrated ability to assess, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
