*Sous Chef Responsibilities:*
* Create dishes using only the highest caliber ingredients
* Staff Management including scheduling, hiring and training
* Leading and Mentoring a strong team
* Coaching and developing the team
* Effectively Manage Costs and Labor
* Creating thoughtful food that fits the aesthetic of the restaurant
*Sous Chef Preferred Requirements:*
* 3+ years minimum experience in similar role (Jr. Sous, Kitchen Supervisor, Assistant Kitchen Manager)
* Love for unique, quality, locally sourced ingredients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for both food and guest satisfaction
* Ability to effectively oversee Managers
* Highly motivated, passionate, and have a strong sense of humility
* Flexibility in scheduling including working nights, weekends, and holidays
*Compensation includes:*
* Base salary in the $70-75k range
