Office Assistant Administrator

Job Description This is an Office Assistant Administrator position. We are looking for someone to assist us with the firm’s administrative support work. We are a provider of professional public works engineering management services to cities and other public agencies in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. We have a part-time opening with our company. Our firm is small business and needs another staff member to be of assistance. The position will conduct mostly administrative office tasks: Typing, filling out forms, preparing mailers, preparing pamphlets, formatting, designing brochures, editing documents, completing forms using multiple information sources, etc. Qualities we are looking for in our future Administrator: Responsible in nature, prompt and timely Excellent oral, written, and communication skills Making phone calls and meeting with Cities and current/future clients Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing Follow-up on potential opportunities via phone, email, and website search Ability to work independently and efficiently Prior office experience or willingness to learn Good grammar, ability to check for spelling and errors Be flexible with work schedule Organized and work well with changes in priority Company Description A Project/Construction Management, Staff Augmentation (Consultant City Engineer, Public Works Director) and Public works Inspection firm.
