Great Pay Great Bonus Package Great Benefits Great Culture Job Details CNC Programmer proficient in Catia V5 software for CNC programming and ability to create 3D models for machining. Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and aluminum and titanium materials. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and design requirements. Experience in setting up and programming CNC machines to produce high-precision parts. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ability to create CNC programs to meet tight tolerances. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with engineers, machinists, and production personnel. Familiarity with tool selection, fixture design and workholding methods. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Good organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources.
