As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our engineering projects, from planning and design to implementation and completion. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits packages. Responsibilities: Plan and manage engineering projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule Oversee and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues Manage project risks and identify potential problems before they arise Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks to ensure work is being done to the required standards Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and final reports Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree B.S. in Construction Management or equivalent degree 3 years of experience as a Civil Project Manager Experience with Ground Improvement, estimating, cost control, scheduling, drilling, and earth retention Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues before they become problems Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and state and local building codes Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
