Job Description A local leader in the Ag Industry is looking to expand their operation and is hiring a Farm Hand .

This position is best suited for someone who can multi-task throughout their days.

This position is an opportunity to begin or advance your ag career with long-term opportunities for growth potential Farm Hand Responsibilities: Operate various equipment such as tractors, sprayers, etc.

Use technology such as GPS systems and different equipment Maintain current equipment by performing general maintenance and repairs when needed Perform duties necessary for crop production such as tillage, planting, harvest, and cultivating Work overtime depending on the season, such as during planting, to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner Farm Hand Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License required HS Diploma or equivalent Mechanical / welding skills preferred but not required General ag background and knowledge preferred Strong work ethic and self-motivation Passion for farming Apply now for the next step to begin or grow your Ag career as a Farm Hand.
