Naked Wardrobe is a global affordable luxury brand in search of an exceptional Production Manager with a high level of experience in women’s fashion to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing international and domestic purchase orders, calendaring pre-production schedules, coordinating samples and tracking deliveries. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Communicate with vendors and contractors for production samples Sourcing for the next best exclusive fabrics Coordinate with design team during production pipeline Handle any order issues professionally with management team Track shipments from vendor to facility Manage fitting schedules and production fittings Manage sample inventory and pattern archive Build strong and lasting relationships with vendors and contractors Ensure all tech packs and patterns are released to vendors in a timely manner to meet calendar deadlines Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must be fluent in English & Korean Strong costing and negotiation skills Knowledge/understanding of fabrics and different garment wash processes that help problem solve production issues will be plus Demonstrates proactive problem solving skills Meets deadlines and works well under pressure Create a positive team environment Proficient understanding of garment construction 5 years of Production Management experience is required
