Coordinator, Ad Operations

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Coordinator, Ad Operations to join our team.Responsibilities:+ Accurately build and launch a wide variety of advertising campaigns+ Work closely with Client Services, Yield, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of client campaigns+ Act as an expert in troubleshooting technical issues and in QA of campaign implementation+ Understand the various terminology, acronyms, and industry phrases+ Advise & consult with internal teams regarding advertising technologies+ Work with a variety of 3rd party ad servers and 4th party measurement vendors + Help train new team members+ Help build and improve internal processes to increase team efficiency+ Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to suggest improvements to the AdTheorent platform+ Become an expert in internal specs and in campaign set up requirements Requirements:+ 1+ years in digital media operations and experience with:+ Third party ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Innovid, etc+ Web browser network and console tools+ The implementation of various display and video creative formats+ Queue management tools such as JIRA+ Interest in Technology+ Basic understanding of HTML & Javascript are a plus We offer full health coverage, generous PTO, great office culture.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and seek to foster community, inclusion and diversity within the organization.
