Job Description:
- Observe and record patient behavior
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
- Collect patient health history
- Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans
- Provide medication via IV or oral administration.
- Provide other treatments under the doctor’s orders/supervision of RN
- Clean and change wound dressings
- Direct and supervise nurse assistants and nurse aides
- Other tasks as required within the scope of practice
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Committed to safety precautions and high ethical standards
- Compassionate nature and patience.
- Energetic and compassionate
- Strong interest in elderly care and memory impairment disorders
- Valid LVN License
- BLS through the American Heart Association
