Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey. Now, we are looking for an experienced business strategist to collaborate with cross functional teams and take a data driven approach in helping to shape & execute Allē Business Strategy to include new market expansion, product partnerships, and new strategic initiatives.

As an Associate Director of Allē Business Strategy, you will report to the Director of Strategy in collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business to guide our Allē Business Strategy focused on aesthetics and beauty service providers (providers).
You Will
- Represent Providers in informing Allē Business Strategy in annual business planning and quarterly business reviews to surface insights for proactive decision making in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data Science teams
- Develop comprehensive, data-backed assessments and business cases to validate and prioritize strategic initiatives for the provider market
- Build relationships across the business to drive cross-functional collaboration
- Build, monitor, and report Allē Business KPIs to track Business Strategy Plan and measure the performance and impact of our product / strategic initiatives on Allergan business from a provider perspective
- Work to intimately understand the voice of the customer and translate that into prioritization and organization of initiatives
- Convert analyses of product usage patterns, feature adoption, go-to-market performance, and customer churn into strategic, high-impact insights
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering or business administration
- 10+ years of experience guiding strategy across product, marketing, sales and/or management consulting (ideally at a leading digital product / SaaS company)
- Strong track record in breaking down complex business problems and synthesizing multiple disparate sources of information, into actionable insights
- Strong analytical foundation, proficiency in analytical tools including but not limited to SQL, CRM systems, Mixpanel, Tableau, Segment to drive ideation and innovation
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
- Strong communicator with written and verbal
- Ability to build trusted relationships and understand technical and nontechnical topics relevant to driving effective decision making amid varying points of view
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Analytics and/or Business (MBA)
- Experience in product growth strategies through new market expansion and partnerships. Familiarity with our productivity toolset which includes Slack, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Workspace, MS Teams and Outlook
- Business knowledge in areas of product management, software sales, and customer success
