The successful candidate will primarily provide desktop support to end users.

• Worksite: Leading medical institution (San Francisco, CA 94143/94158, Must work at two different Medical Center locations)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 5 Month AssignmentClinical Systems Business Technical Support Analyst Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop support to end-users.Clinical Systems Business Technical Support Analyst Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in IT support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac operating systems in a networked environment and supporting mobile devices such as iPhones and Androids.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
