Sales Development Representative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This is primarily an outbound prospecting role: Generate opportunities by performing B2B outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) Master the ability to tell the Alleva story and how we are a game changer for the various mental health organizations we support Conduct research and list building to identify priority prospects Partner closely with assigned Account Executives to develop the territory (generate opportunities, set appointments, and assist with followup) Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the web & other sources, ensuring that clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM Hit & exceed monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Learn from other team members by being a part of continuing education and trainings WHO YOU ARE: 2 years sales-related experience Positive attitude and mentality Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative Well-spoken, excellent written and verbal communications Enthusiastic, and persuasive personality Motivated with career ambitions Strong organization and follow-up skills Resilient, doesn’t give up easily Interest in the healthcare and the mental health space and/or in helping people Experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn, sequences, and Seamless a plus
