Starting pay $21.00 JOB SUMMARY Perform all carpentry and painting ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Able to build walls metal stud construction be able to hang sheet rock Complete work orders.
Install new layouts for all gaming tables as required.
Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs.
Laminate wood and cabinets Requires regular, predictable attendance.
Other job related duties as may be assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Excellent communication skills Understand and comply with all hotel and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff Read, write and communicate verbally in English Ability to perform basic math; working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Work may be performed inside and outside in all types of weather conditions Work in small areas, such as attics, and high areas such as catwalks, areas that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or brightly illuminated.
Work entails use of chemicals, and electrical and mechanical devices.
Constant contact with staff and guests.
