If you want to be challenged to up your game and make a difference, then join us in giving the world reason to cheer Position Summary: The Programmatic & Display Coordinator will support the Paid Media team with campaign execution, ad management, and performance optimization to maximize ticket sales for the thousands of best-in-class events AEG produces annually. This individual will be expected to collaborate with members of the media team, marketers, and external media partners to fulfill campaign needs that involves quality assurance for strategy, creative, audience targeting, and tracking to satisfy marketing goals. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist with managing campaigns across Programmatic platforms, publisher direct, OTT and audio for national tours, festivals, and regional events. Success is this role requires understanding fundamentals of display media, exceptional attention to detail, strong task management skills, and has a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced and team focused environment. Essential Functions: Execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns and audience segments to ensure efficiency and drive ROI against goals Traffic, QA deliverable requirements, troubleshoot creative assets and measurement tags Identify trends and insights. Pull campaign reporting for analysis, distribution, and communicate recommendations based on performance to involved parties. Assist with department needs such as gathering ad proofs, ad approvals, and budget/billing reconciliation Required Qualifications: A minimum education level of BA/BS 1-2 years experience in marketing, agency, or paid media environment Knowledge of self-serve, DSP, ad trafficking platforms (preferably Doubleclick Bid Manager / DV360, Campaign Manager) Understand fundamental digital advertising concepts and metrics Ability to manage and prioritize high volume of campaigns and tasks with high attention to detail Strong knowledge of Excel Clearly communicates recommendations and feedback as it relates to campaign performance and reporting Data driven to inform media decisions based on performance metrics and analysis Strong time management and problem-solving skills Good technical understanding and can learn new tools quickly AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
