Customer Service Rep working in Cherokee & Forsyth

Job Description Applus Technologies, a leader in the vehicle emission testing industry, is seeking an entry level Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The position is temporarily working remote due to COVID-19, but will need to report to the Cherokee and Forsyth Office as needed.

All training is provided and we are HIRING NOW What is a Customer Service Representative?

This role helps maintain the integrity of the Georgia Clean Air Force program by providing information to motorist about the Vehicle Emission Inspection Program.

In this role, a successful candidate will independently respond to questions about the emission program rules and requirements, and assist customers who have lost emission inspection forms.

This position also processes application waivers, exemptions, and extensions.

The Customer Service Representation requires the following skills: One year customer service experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Self-motivation and strong attention to detail.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to be punctual, reliable, and work independently.
