LA Teams is seeking an Experienced Handyman Foreman And, Or, Art Handler, Tv Installation Expert to become a part of our team!
We are hiring multiple people for two separate positions.
You will need perform necessary work to either Install household, office or commercial items per booking.
Day to day consists of completing work orders booked by clients scheduled in residential and commercial properties for our customers.
Must have strong Customer Service Skills and be able to take on a heavy work load.
Organized and efficient workers
We are open 7 Days a week 8-10+ Hour days. Schedules flexible
You will be able to create your own schedule with our dispatching team.
Responsibilities:
Handyman – Restoration / Fixing / Repair, Patching Holes, Painting, Drywall, Carpentry, Door and Window Installation, Repair, Baseboard / Crown Molding Install, Cabinets, Fencing, Gate Work, Stairs, Vanity Cabinet Installation, Showers, Shower Glazing, Laundry units, Air conditioners ECT…
Art Handlers/Installation Experts- House hold items such as TVs, Racks, Shelves, Pictures, Mirrors, Towel holders, High Value Art, Chandeliers, Light Fixtures, Cameras,
Moving Services- Delivering Furniture, packing and delivering Art. Furniture assembly and placement.
Repair major and minor issues with equipment
Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
Order and replace broken parts or equipment
Maintain a clean and a safe work space, cleaning up after all repairs and removing debris
Perform other duties, as assigned
Good customer service skills
On time and efficient worker
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Maintenance, Handyman, Carpentry, Construction Moving or other related fields.
Previous experience in FINE ART HANDLING, Moving, Packing, Restoration
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
Customer service- we work with high end clientele must be respectful, responsible and extremely clean at our job sites. Clean and tidy. Wear gloves shoe covers, cover work areas respect clients requests.
Hiring Foreman and Assistant roles which is the reason for range of pay $15-$60 Per Hour, Assistants will to learn all highlighted above and be trained to reach a foreman level.
