With more than 400 colleagues, the ADA Staff are some of the most talented people in the Chicago, Washington D.C., and Maryland area.We were named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune in 2019 and 2021Come join our teamJob Responsibilities:Facilitates processing of applications and score/result report requests for the National Board Dental Examinations (INBDE and NBDE Part II), National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE), Dental Admission Test (DAT), Optometry Admission Test (OAT), Advanced Dental Admission Test (ADAT), Admission Test for Dental Hygiene (ATDH), Dental Licensure Objective Structured Clinical Examination (DLOSCE), Canadian Dental Aptitude Test (CDAT), and future testing programs.

Counsels examinees/candidates in registering for, retrieving, or updating DENTPIN information.

Counsels candidates via phone calls, emails, live chat, and faxes.

Interprets examination rules, regulations, and policies, and collects corresponding information to counsel examinees/candidates regarding examination applications, regulations, fees, and policies.

Communicates information to individuals in a confidential and professional manner.

Compiles testing data for reporting purposes.Must Have:BS/BAIn lieu of a degree a minimum of 5 yearsoffice experience.Excellent oral/written communications, problem-solving, telephone, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills.

Must be able to work in a team oriented environment and handle confidential sensitive matters.Ability to de-escalate unhappy or irate testing candidates.Basic level skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Ability to occasionally travel to a test center to complete user-acceptance testing.Ability to occasionally travel to conferences for educational purposes.Nice to Have:Knowledge of higher education, high-stakes testing industry, and the profession of dentistry.Association management software and SharePoint Knowledge Management
