CARE SPECIALIST

Ideal candidates will focus on retaining our in-home care professionals via tailored matching with clients, consistent outreach to build strong relationships, and regular collection of feedback to increase and maintain high job satisfaction. Role will also include opportunities to recruit, hire, and onboard new care professionals.
Work week is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 8 am to 5 pm with on-call rotation once per month.

Essential Functions:
- Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
- Develop strong relationships with care professionals
- Strive to be care professionals primary employer via consistent scheduling and maximizing desired hours
- Work with Care Managers to effectively match care professionals and clients based on skills and mutual interests
- Boost employee retention with company-wide strategic initiatives
- Recruit, screen, interview, onboard new teammates
- Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, and targeted community outreach and recruitment events
- Assure successful completion of initial and annual training requirements
Schedule:
If hired for the position, there would be a training period in person at the Los Angeles office. This training will take course over three weeks in which you will choose two days during the week days (Monday-Friday) to train for four hours per day.
Once the training is completed, the position will be remote with an ongoing schedule of:
Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm
Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm
Required
- Customer service experience
- Positive attitude with team-player mindset
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC literacy
