In this vital role you will join Clinical Trial Data & Analytics Product team within the Global Development Operations Digital, Technology & Innovation (GDO-DTI) organization.

As a Product Owner of CTDA Product, you will be responsible for leading the team in redefining the ecosystem comprised of Data stores and DataMarts to Enterprise Data Fabric (EDF) and rebuilding analytics platform applying advanced Cloud technologies while supporting existing ecosystem.

As a member of this team, you will collaborate with partner Information Systems organizations, Enterprise Platform Teams and Amgens Global Development Operations teams to define and manage delivery of new features and functions within Amgens technology ecosystem to enable business growth, customer engagement strategies and ensure access to our products.

As a Senior Digital Product Manager you will: Lead the CTDA Product Team and be accountable for the delivery of the technology capabilities Be accountable for robust product prioritization and governance via Program Increment planning with business leadership Build and manage the product roadmap and secure vital investments; manage product TCO, budgets and forecasts Drive a product first attitude among the team and peers with a goal towards global expansion of the products capabilities Lead robust, reliable, and secure software products following Amgens software development, operating procedures and organisational change requirements Monitor, evaluate, and communicate product progress at each stage of the development lifecycle, including key decisions and issue customer concern Serve as the voice of the customer/client and the leader of the product team Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs, shape the vision and concept, and translate needs into product requirements Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business commitments Articulate the requirements with help of visuals

Drive external software product and service partners to deliver excellence Develop and mentor the team for higher performance and individual career growth.

The Product Manager professional we seek is analytical with these qualifications.

Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems OR Masters degree and 6 years of Information Systems OR Bachelors degree and 8 years of Information Systems OR Associates degree and 10 years of Information Systems OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems And 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources Preferred Qualifications: Ability working in software product management/development in a technical leadership capacity with experience in working across Product and Platform teams Ability to think strategically about technology and recommend solutions that align with business strategy and achieve the greatest business impact SAFe Certification(s) and Lean-Agile Leadership experience Experience with Agile/Iterative Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and standard change management practices Experience with industry engagement to advance thought leadership, peer networks, and expertise to develop product technology roadmaps Experience with sourcing and managing vendors for software product build and DevOps services Demonstrated track record of delivering IS solutions that yield measurable business results Experience with Design-Thinking methodology and User Experience driven solutions.

Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization solutions such as Tableau and Spotfire First-hand knowledge and/or experience with AWS Services like EC2, S3, Redshift/Spectrum, Glue, Athena, RDS, Lambda, and API gateway Experience building productive working relationships across different functions/organizations Excellent facilitation, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills Thrive What you can expect of us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates professional and personal growth and well-being.
