Recruiter – Fleet Drivers

Atlas Van Lines is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Recruiter to join our Fleet Corporate Resources team The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and processing CDL Owner Operators for various direct lease fleets.

Reviewing new driver applications and follow up on a regular and timely basisMonitoring and assisting contractors with application processing in the Safety departmentAssisting in coordinating and implementing recruiting programs as needed to maintain level of various fleets as directed by managementTranscription, reporting, and administrative duties as directedPreparing responses to contractor inquires of interest in leading to AtlasMonitoring and track responses to different types of ads that have been placed to determine feasibilityCoordinating the referral of drivers to agents Employment Type & Hours: This full-time, hourly position will consist of 40 hours per week.

Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F.

Qualifications: Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet and Word Processing software such as Microsoft Office is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrior phone and/or customer service experienceEffective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to multitaskGood reasoning ability and detail-orientedAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organizationPrior recruiting experience is a plusAdvertising and/or Marketing experience is a plus
