Customer Retention Specialist- Weekly Bonus

AppleOne is hiring for Jacksonville Call Center Positions These positions are IN OFFICE for the 3rd largest cable provider $15/ Hour and candidates are eligible for weekly incentive based on the hitting stretch KPIs and attendance and can be up to $100
– $200 per week.

– 1 Week Nesting40 Hours a week 8 hours per day.

Shift times between 10am-9pm Monday-SaturdayAgent will handle IB Retention calls from consumers calling in to remove services from their account, check in on disconnection notices or to downgrade their current package.

This position requires the ability to follow a retention call flow process through education, effective probing and product benefit positioning through conversational skills and providing above and beyond customer experience to each consumer to retain the customers account and services.

Agents are given weekly and monthly KPI metrics and goals to achieve.
