Our client is seeking a diligent and extremely driven individual to join our processing team. The position will directly support our sales and processing team and must be able to communicate effectively between management and other departments within the firm. Duties are expected to be completed accurately and delivered with high quality, integrity, and in a timely manner. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls (est. 20-30 per day) Make outbound calls (est 20-30 per day) Assist customers in completing applications Communicate with customers via phone and email data entry and analysis Position Requirements: Experience with custodial work for a financial institution, real estate, or mortgage a plus Able to work independently and coordinate with others when needed Possess excellent oral and written communication skills Be personable, customer service-oriented, and respectful at all times Able to establish rapport with customers; comfortable on the phone Maintain a positive “whatever it takes” attitude Consistent attendance must be punctual and reliable High attention to detail with speed and accuracy in daily operations Be flexible in daily assignments; multi-task with ease Be highly organized; able to set priorities and meet deadlines Follow tasks through to completion Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with SalesForce a plus
