SUMMARY:
Under general direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative provides outstanding customer service to all internal and external clients. The Customer Service Representative will primarily interact with clients via telephone or clients walking into the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Display a high degree of professionalism in all Customer Care operations, including but not limited to phone coverage, servicing walk-in clients, routing incoming mail, and completing special projects.
•Provide overview of agency•s services to clients.
•Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
•Assist clients in determining their needs and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
•Receive deliveries to the agency.
•Open, date stamp and distribute all mail.
•Maintain a tidy reception area continuously throughout the day; eliminate or report all safety hazards.
•Data entry into CSI Information Technology systems
