Role Purpose: To provide labor support by completing various tasks assigned to fulfill customer and client expectations.
Job Description: Skilled Laborer responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Remodeling guest rooms at hotels/resorts assigned
· Caulking, Finish Painting, Punching In/Out, Spackling
· Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements Education: N/A Experience: Previous skilled labor experience is required Skills and Certifications:
· Must have own transportation
· Must wear clean t-shirt, long pants, and steel-toe boots while working on-site
· Must be able to complete daily responsibilities with little to no assistance.
· Must be able to lift (up to) 40 pounds
· Excellent interpersonal skills, which include, written, verbal and listening.
· Puntual attendance; Dependable
· Organized, detail, and task oriented.
Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $20.00
