Goodwill is hiringTattersall BlvdFull time with benefits, $13.00/hrUnder the general supervision of the Donation Centers Manager, a trainer or another designee, is responsible for customer service, facility security and maintenance, greeting and assisting donors, breakdown of donations and maintenance of accurate donor records.
Also, may be responsible for covering work shifts and working at different donation sites as needed which are regularly permanently assigned, or closer to the team member’s home.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ensures 100% donor and customer delightGreets donors in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner; unloads donations from vehicles, offer tax receipts and maintain accurate daily counts of donationsSorts donations and secure items to be transported to stores and warehouseKeeps a record of donationsResponsible for ordering and maintaining supplies in an efficient manner Responsible for securing and appropriately using those suppliesAdheres to all AGI personnel policies and procedures; follows good safety and security practices, including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the operations leadership team and/or risk managementMaintain a positive attitude, regardless of weather and conditionsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Read, write, and communicate verbally and perform basic math skillsMust be able to work independentlyFlexible availabilityAbility to perform the essential functions with or without accommodationMust have reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s licenseDrug screen and background check are requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to bend, reach and stand for extensive periods of time.Must be able to lift 50lbssign on bonus paid after 30 days of continuous employment with no disciplinary action.
