Experience: working in visual design related fields Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Onsite in Hollywood, CA Requirements: Comfortable working in and adapting to a variety of visual styles Ability to create graphic imagery from photography Strong ability to vectorize illustrations using the pen tool in Illustrator Ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced start-up environment Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively Adaptable to change and receptive to group feedback Confidence in pitching your own ideas to the team Role Support the development of products that fit within our Client’s brand while incorporating and acknowledging key emerging trends Participate and occasionally lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team Create concept art for new products using original artwork and utilizing available assets from our licensing partners Create sketches and quick concept renderings for the team to review (digital or by hand) Creation of design packages containing technical specifications, artwork, and material references to be forwarded to manufacturers Nice to haves: Graphic Design Experience Character Illustration Experience Explores new/cutting-edge techniques Motion Graphic/Animation skills Experience working with Licensed Properties Some knowledge of 3D Modeling / Rendering Benefits: Health care plan (Medical, Dental, & Vision) Paid holiday and vacation days off
