Paid Media Manager – fully remote option available

Our client, a digital media agency is seeking a strong Paid Media Manager to join its growing team.

While the agency is located in Manhattan, this employee can work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Must haves for this position are Paid Social experience coupled with Programmatic that includes hands on experience in a DSP.

– they are growing quickly and it’s a great time to come on board Responsibilities Directly create, manage and optimize Paid Media (Paid Social and Programmatic) efforts on key accounts, with primary responsibility for planning, strategy, execution, optimization and end-to-end project management Oversee the work of junior team members reporting into this position and foster their professional growth Ensure campaign delivery and performance, from tracking setup through to reconciliation Review reporting on campaign performance and actionable insights.

Troubleshoot data discrepancies, tracking issues etc.

Review budgets, pacing and ensure deadlines are met Manage delivery of campaign assets (working with PM and account team) Communicate industry trends and new innovations to consider (e.g.

new ad networks, creative formats, buy models etc) Ensure that the latest paid media innovations are applied and best practices are employed Serve as subject matter expert on monthly client reporting calls and special projects.

Required Skills And Expertise 5 years of digital paid media planning & buying experience Managerial experience preferred Expertise buying ROAS, lead gen, donation and ticketing programs Expertise with industry tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube, Google Search, Google Display Network, GTM, Google Analytics) Expertise with 3rd party reporting tools Experience working with creative and development teams to produce and iterate digital assets.

Deep knowledge of campaign tagging, Q/A, and technical troubleshooting Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines Ability to establish good working relationships with media sales rep.
